FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WES MOSS, “THE APPRENTICE” CONTESTANT, ADDRESSES PLANNERS

-- Author and Entrepreneurial Expert Delivers Keynote Speech at FICP Annual Event --

WINDSOR, CONN., August 5, 2006 – Wes Moss is always on the lookout for what inspires people to take risks and pursue unique careers.  His own entrepreneurial drive is what drove him to launch his first of many businesses while still in his teens.  And, it’s what helped land him on the hit TV show, “The Apprentice.”

Wes will be sharing his research and insights into the entrepreneurial mindset in his keynote speech at the Financial and Insurance Conference Planners’ Annual Meeting.  The entire conference is being held November 12-16 in Las Vegas.  Wes’s appearance is being sponsored by The Goodman Speakers Bureau.

Wes strongly believes any business or association can benefit from the entrepreneurial spirit.  The same entrepreneurial principles that apply to Wes's book "Starting from Scratch" apply to the corporate business world.  When employees work as entrepreneurs, their motivation and performance improves – as does well being and job satisfaction.

Wes Moss has started and turned his own businesses into award-winning, prosperous enterprises. He appeared as a candidate on the second season of NBC’s popular show “The Apprentice with Donald Trump.” A graduate in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Wes built a substantial investment practice and went on to become a vice president at one of the world’s largest investment firms after just five years. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and along with his partners manages more than $100 million in investments for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporations. He also acts as an instructor on global asset allocation and investments at Emory University’s Center for Lifelong Learning.
