BEING “GENDERSMART” IN THE WORKPLACE FOCUS AT FICP EVENT

-- Jane Sanders Looks at Workplace Communication between Men and Women --

WINDSOR, CONN., August 4, 2006 – Communication between men and women is at the heart of many problems in personal and professional relationships.  However, with a few simple changes, the workplace can be much improved – and productivity increased.

This is the focus of Jane Sanders’ speech, “GenderSmart,” at the Regional Meeting of the West Coast Chapter of Financial and Insurance Conference Planners.  The session, sponsored by the Goodman Speakers Bureau, helps “kick off” the two-day industry event, which is being held at the Fairmont Newport Beach, from August 10-12.

Jane possesses an uncanny ability to connect quickly with her audiences, using warmth, believability, and personality to inspire people to make positive changes in their lives. Her programs are provocative, results-oriented, and highly inspirational. With common-sense wisdom and contagious humor, she offers exceptional professionalism and effective customization so that each program becomes an unforgettable learning event. With her keynotes and workshops, Jane reaches audiences at conventions, conferences, sales meetings, retreats, off-sites, awards banquets, and spouse programs. She also provides facilitation and consulting services. Jane has an MBA and more than 15 years of corporate sales and marketing management experience.

FICP (formerly ICPA) is an association whose membership is comprised of meeting, convention, conference and event planning professionals who work for or are under contract to insurance or financial services companies.
