Lin Hart is a leader who brings years of hands on experience to his topics, Change, Leadership and Team Building. As A former executive with AT&T Network Systems, now Lucent Technologies, he was selected to lead the strategic planning effort that formed AT&T Network Systems International Engineering Group. The organization provided technical support for the company's overseas joint ventures. He served as the organizations first Operations Director, a position that took him to 15 different countries. During his career as a leader he developed an impressive record of success in galvanizing diverse working groups into successful teams. Many of his views on emerging technology, globalization, change and leadership have been influenced greatly by his past experiences with AT&T. After leaving Lucent, he started his own company, Lin Hart & Associates.
 
Lin is a graduate of Virginia State University and he has completed executive level programs on Managing Change in Complex Organizations at Yale and MIT He is a member of The National Black MBA Association, The Board of Directors of the City Academy in St. Louis, The National Speakers Association, and The Board of Directors of the Mathews-Dickey Boys Club.
 
Among his former clients are Southwestern Bell, Ralston Purina, AT&T, The National Association of Purchasing Management, The Midwest Gas Association, The National Association of Service Managers, Bell Atlantic Telephone Co., The Earthgrains Co, Consumer Bankers Association, Bell South Telephone Co., The Ultramar-Diamond Shamrock Oil & Gas Co., GTE, The University of North Carolina and Procter and Gamble.
