John Hersey knows what it takes to lead organizations. By the age of 28 John had risen to the position of Vice President, Marketing for a $1 Billion Boston based financial service organization.  He left banking when the challenge of the fast paced Advertising industry was presented to him.  In just six years he rose to the position of Senior Vice President for one of the largest Advertising Agencies in the United States.  During this time he lead the team that developed and executed strategic marketing and communications plans that enabled a leading U.S. brand to become a global leader and household name in it's category.
 
In 1990, John moved-on to pursue his entrepreneurial instincts. He built a successful distribution business in the United States and 10 foreign countries.  It was during this time that his passion for helping companies and individuals achieve their full potential and maximize their performance became dear.  He has appeared on numerous radio talk programs and his articles entitled “Jumping Off the Goal Train”; “Finding the Grand WHY" , “The All-or-Nothing Attitude", “Have an UNREASONABLE New Year”; and “The Character of a WINNER" have appeared in many newspapers and national magazines.
