Video Clip

To go deep, you have to come from the deep.  Ian Percy is a man who has searched his soul and now takes his satisfaction in prodding major corporations and public institutions into a reassessment of their individual and corporate spirituality.  The human spirit, he contends, is today's frontier for any organization intent on success.

Many people talk about change, leadership, teamwork, motivation, etc ... but not like Ian does.  With limitless humor, he encourages, provokes, guides, coaches and lifts organizations to a place filled with unifying purpose and passion.

Some speakers can reach an audience.  Ian reaches through them to take hold of their very heart and soul.  The results feel magical.  Those who have experienced the impact of Ian's work are hard-put to explain exactly what it is that makes such a difference.  The best explanation is that because he speaks from his soul, audiences offer him theirs.

What we want to achieve, Ian states, is the purposeful and passionate flow of the human spirit.  Ian speaks to senior executives, physicians, lawyers, dietitians, salespeople, farmers, international financiers and the high-tech crowd.  In every case he goes to great lengths to find out and understand who your group is and what is important in your lives.

Ian has degrees in education, theology and organizational psychology and is registered with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.  He has written a powerful and penetrating book titled: “Going Deep: exploring spirituality in life and leadership.”  Ian has earned the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association.

Topics

When Ian speaks, count on something wonderful to happen.
Each program is developed specifically for your group.  While working within your topic and theme, it's the depth with which that topic will be treated that will move your audience.

The "Yearning Organization"
Something is missing.  It is no longer enough to be a learning organization, striving to keep up with advancements in technology, product development or process improvement.  They are not satisfying the yearning we feel personally and corporately.  Around the World individuals and corporations are on a quest to restore meaning in life, labor and leadership.  This presentation takes you well down the road to one of the most challenging ventures any of us will ever face, one filled with joy and celebration.

Putting Fire Back in the Fireplace
It's as if re-engineering has taught corporations to build the world's most efficient fireplace.  All we're missing is the fire.  But if there is no fire, what is the point of the fireplace?  Workers at all levels of business ire now asking the question, "Why?" We have been too consumed with the "How?" of strategies and system.  What has been the point of it all?  To ignite the awesome power of the human spirit we must go much deeper than corporate sweatshirts, team building, and our current notions of leadership.

From Information to Wisdom: The New Face of Leadership
We have more than enough information, what we need is wisdom.  Where do we find it?  How will we recognize it?  Wise corporations and leaders find creative ways which invite intellect and intuition to come together.  Doing so redefines all that is basic to leadership - how vision is fashioned, decisions made, teams formed, strategies set, and so on.  Indeed, leading with wisdom requires us to redefine leadership itself.  Learn why we are moving to the wisdom age and what it means to the way we do business.

Corporate Courage in the Post Re-engineering Era:
The Four Strategic Challenges Facing Every Organization Intent on Success
The verdict on re-engineering and de-structuring is not all that Positive.  Many feel that a contract of trust has been broken.  Can we ever restore trust? The answer is "Yes" but it's not easy.  The challenges facing us are serious and huge.  Fortunately, laughter opens our minds to new possibilities and this humor-filled exploration shows how we can move out of reliance on structure and control to trust in freedom and choice.  This presentation simplifies the challenges facing all of us and does so in a way that will provoke and encourage at the same time.

The II Commandments for an Enthusiastic Team
This presentation is becoming one of the best known and applauded motivational experiences in North America and around the world.  The audience will laugh, it will cry and it will cheer.  Above all, everyone will know that the truth is being spoken in a memorable way.  If this doesn't excite and ignite your team to supernatural performance, nothing will.
