award-winning author, dynamic speaker, and highly-regarded consultant.
Claire co-authored four management books: Generations at Work (named one
of the top business books of 2000), The Xers & The Boomers,
Beyond Generation X, and Twentysomething. She has been featured
widely in the media, including CNN Financial News, the Today
Show, Business Week, and Fast Company. She created the board game
Connecting GenerationsTM and hosted three training videos about
the generations at work.
As an internationally recognized
speaker, she receives rave reviews for her keynote speeches which
help managers, salespeople, team members, and customer service
representatives work more effectively with all generations. Clients

Claire and her husband, Allen, live in Denver and Fraser, Colorado.
