Richard
Whiteley, CEO of Boston-based Whiteley Group, is an entrepreneur,
former sales executive and CEO, award-winning author and
sought-after speaker before business audiences.
In 2000, he sold the Forum Corporation, a global training and
consulting company that he co-founded 30 years earlier and helped
build into a 700-person professional services firm with an annual
shareholder return of 36%.
Since then, Mr. Whitelely has been a featured presenter and speaker
for such clients as 3M, General Electric, Microsoft, Fidelity
Investments, Mercedes-Benz, Marriott, Sara Lee and the Treasury
Department. He has also lectured at Harvard Business School and MIT
Sloan School of Management. Mr. Whiteley has presented to over
500,000 people in 27 countries.
His book, Customer Driven Company, was named as one of the
top four books of the year by Fortune magazine. Customer
Centered Growth was a BusinessWeek bestseller. Love
the Work You’re With, which is about bringing spirit back to the
work environment, was a CEOREAD bestseller. He last book is a fable
called The Corporate Shaman, and he is currently working on
