Ed Guay
Edward
Guay is the principal of Wintonbury Risk Management, a
political, economic, investment, and business risk consultancy.
Guay served previously as the Chief Economist of CIGNA
Corporation and as Senior Managing Director of CIGNA Investment
Management. During a 30-year career with Connecticut General
Corporation and with CIGNA, Guay held a variety of financial
industry research, economics, and investment strategy positions,
rising to Chief Economist in 1977 and to Senior Managing
Director in 1983. He was a member of the Investment Policy
Committee, and served as a consultant to company affiliates and
clients. He also served as an economic, strategic, or national
security advisor to congressional leaders, government officials,
and international leaders.
Dr. Uwe Reinhardt
A leading authority on health economics and policy, Dr. Uwe Reinhardt is James
Madison Professor of Political Economy and Professor of Economics and Public
Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at
Princeton University. One of today's most sought after speakers on healthcare
systems and health reform, Dr. Reinhardt is known for his informative, humorous
and insightful presentations. Uwe E. Reinhardt, a native of Germany, has taught
at Princeton University since 1968. Rising through the ranks from assistant

bestseller, The Biotech Century: Harnessing the Gene and Remaking
the World, addresses the many critical issues accompanying the new era
of genetic commerce and is the most widely read book in the world on the
biotech revolution. Mr. Rifkin's newest book, The Age of Access,
published in April 2000, is the third in his series on future
trends in science, technology and the global economy in the 21st
century.
William Shipman
An advocate of Social Security reform in the United States, Mr.
Shipman has testified before the House Ways and Means Sub-Committee on
Social Security and co-authored Promises
to Keep: Saving Social Security’s Dream.
He is Co-Chairman of the Cato Project on Social Security
Privatization, and was on the National Advisory Board of “Americans
Discuss Social Security,” a non-profit organization funded by the Pew
Charitable Trusts to generate informed debate on the issue.
He also served as a delegate to the White House Conference on
Social Security.

Marvin Zonis
Marvin
Zonis is a Professor at the Graduate School of Business at the University
of Chicago. He also heads
Marvin Zonis + Associates, a political risk consulting firm in Chicago,
and is a co-founder and Chairman of DSD, a software company based in
Moscow and Chicago.
At
Chicago’s Business School, Zonis teaches courses on International
Political Economy, Leadership, and E-Commerce.
He was the first professor at the Business School to teach a course
